Select the details as per your taste and preferences
In this stage you will sit down with our experts to select all the details i.e. flooring, tiles, colors and finishes that match your home. Every selection is itemized and shared with our design/build team so that the budget or timeline of the project are not impacted.
Executing the Plans
By this stage, a clear plan is in place. All details are accounted for, and you are free to sit back and relax as your home takes shape. We keep you in loop at every stage and organize frequent site visits to physically see the development of your dream home. We anticipate and accommodate for any issue related to the site or natural terrain. We manage all zoning and building codes, orders and deliveries, vendors and contractors that build your home from ground up. Our dedicated project manager directs all this and coordinates regularly with you on any aspect of your home development.
